In short: your location never leaves your phone, we show no ads, and we sell no data.

What is stored on your phone

• Your city, settings (method, Asr, offsets, text size), bookmarks, khatm plan and tasbih counts: in this browser only (localStorage).
• Pages and Quran text saved for offline use: in the browser’s cache.

Location

When you tap “Use my location”, your position is read once, coarsely, the nearest city is found on your phone, and the position is discarded. Only the city is kept. Our server never learns where you are.

What reaches our servers

• Page requests (for example, a city’s page). These pages are public and the same for everyone.
• Cookieless counts (DanixSoft’s own analytics): page, language, country and a few events such as “city saved”. Never coordinates, never an identifier. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party scripts.
• If you switch on notifications (once that feature is live): your city, chosen prayers and your browser’s push address. Never your location.

How long

Data on your phone stays until you delete it. Analytics counts are kept in aggregate. A notification subscription is deleted when you switch notifications off or when your browser reports it expired.

Delete everything

Settings → “Delete everything on this device” removes your city, settings, bookmarks, offline copies and any notification subscription (on our server too).
